Regulated and registered trees.
Many large Canberra trees are protected under the Tree Protection Act 2005. Trees with a height or crown width of 12 metres or more are usually regulated. We can check the ACT Tree Register, assess your tree and provide an arborist report to support an application. Read the Tree Protection Act 2005 for more.
